I offer 1:1 coaching for people who are interested in self-improvement, greater personal and professional fulfillment, and who want to learn how to make their mindset their greatest and most powerful tool.

Book one session, or book a package and save. Coaching sessions are 50 minutes each and tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Flexibility

Individual sessions are $150 and packages of four (4) sessions are $498 (save $100). Sessions are held via Zoom.

Coaching FAQ’S

  • Working with a coach is about making an investment in your most important asset, yourself. It’s like having a mirror held up to help you uncover things within you you didn’t even realize were there. Some of those discoveries will be things about you that you’ll learn to celebrate, be proud of, and use as your super powers. Other discoveries will highlight potential mindset blocks (don't worry, we ALL have them) and you’ll be provided with the tools and skills to work through them and help you move forward in your life.

  • A Mindset Coach is a type of personal coach or a Life Coach that specializes in helping people see where and how their mindset is holding them back and where and how it is propelling them forward. The difference between where you are and where you want to be, is typically your mindset.

    For example, let’s say you have a goal to get promoted. Do you believe you are capable of receiving the promotion? Do you believe you are worthy of the promotion? Do you believe you have the skills to confidently get through the interview process? Do you believe good things, like getting promoted typically happen to you and for you? Do you believe, once you are promoted, you have what it takes to be successful in your new role? If you can’t answer all of these questions with a confident and resounding, “Yes!”, then just like most of us, you have some room for improvement in your mindset.

  • Working with a coach can help you:
